    Wash and Dry the Mushrooms.

    Melt Butter in a 12 Inch Skillet Over Medium High Heat. Add the Mushroom Stems, Celery and Onion.

    Saute Until the Onion Is Translucent, Stirring Occasionally.

    Mound the Stuffing Onto the Mushroom Caps.
