    Mix. add Beaten Eggs and Mix Together. sprinkle Cornstarch Over Chicken and Mix Until the Cornstarch Disappears. then Add in the Oil. again, Mix. (use My Hands). Heat Oil in a Fryer to 350 Degrees. drop Chicken in Oil Using.
