Asparagus And Eggs, A Special Breakfast Treat

Features:
    Cuisine:

What a terrific breakfast! Asparagus has been plentiful and cheap, so I've tried a number of dishes, this the latest. I did need to use bacon, as the market did not have any prosciutto ends, which are perfect for this type of dish. I also roasted the asparagus, because why not?
