Authentic South African-Style Crepes Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I am from Johannesburg South Africa.
I remember eating these as a child and finally found the perfect recipe, brings me right back to my childhood! Sooooo good, but remember to serve them hot! Add a squeeze or 2 of lemon juice to the crepe before you sprinkle the mixture and roll it up, makes the cinnamon and sugar stick better. Delicious!
