Bacon Tomato And Avocado Salad

    used this recipe as inspiration for use of the many garden tomatoes I have. We are not a 'tossed salad' family so I omitted the salad green and added LOTS of tomatoes, used lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper with the bacon and tossed it all together. The kids loved it. Thanks for the great recipe!
