Bacon-Wrapped Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Delight

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very good! used a skirt steak. I did get some of the bacon a little to crisp. Next time I will cook it in the microwave in covered dish. I didn't use the Hollandaise or Bearnaise Sauce. I sprinkled garlic powder on the steak with the s&p.

Spinach, Mushroom & Bacon Stuffed Flank Steak, This is an altered version of a flank steak recipe from the Betty Crocker Cook book I serve mine with my red potato recipe, (Seasoned Baked Red Potatoes) and Hollandaise Sauce , Very good! used a skirt steak I did get some of the bacon a little to crisp Next time I will cook it in the microwave in covered dish I didn’t use the Hollandaise or Bearnaise Sauce I sprinkled garlic powder on the steak with the s&p Thanks for posting!, This was so good! I wanted something different than the usual grilled and sliced against the grain flank steak I even forgot to put in the bacon and the parmesan cheese, and used fresh spinach, and it was still delish! Definitely a keeper!
