Baked Pork Chops

Features:
    Cuisine:

Does anyone from "Food" ever give these recipes, as written, a trial run? My chops were a disaster! Most of the breading stayed in the dish, they couldn't compare with Shake and Bake and a lot more work. Coat the chops with flour so the crumbs will stick? Not a chance until you've dipped them in the egg mixture but it doesn't say that. And perhaps cooking at a higher temperature just might help to keep from losing most of the crumbs. Or perhaps I added too much butter...since the recipe doesn't tell you how much. I have thrown the rest of the chops out.
