Banana Muffins

    Sweet, moist, flavorful banana muffins. They were quick and easy to put together. Snapped up by my while still quite hot. I added some unsweetened shredded coconut and slivered almonds for added texture, and a little vanilla, but I have a feeling they would be just as good without the additions. My new go to banana muffin recipe.
