2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon gingerroot, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups green beans (diagonally halved and trimmed)
1/2 cup beef stock
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 green onions, thinly sliced

    Return Beef and Any Juices to Wok. Whisk Together Beef Stock, Hoisin Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Cornstarch. Stir Into Wok.
