Best Ever Tuna Noodle Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

Yep. Definitely one of the best tuna casserole recipes I have ever had. Was leery about adding mayo but it was perfect. Just tasted creamy and not like mayo at all. It does need a little something on the top-not more cheese, but something. We did not saute the celery and onions before adding to the mix. The celery added a tiny bit of texture and the onions were not even noticeable. I forgot the onions were even in the recipe. Only changes we made: doubling the tuna and doubling the cheese. Was not too cheesy. Will make again and again but maybe add peas or water chest nuts next time.
