Black Bean Brownies Gluten Free

Features:
    Cuisine:

I added an extra 1-2 tbsps of cocoa powder, a hefty dash of cinnamon and a shot of espresso to these brownies. I did not have nuts or chocolate chips to add. To balance out the extra liquid of the espresso shot, I added a few tbsps of flour to the mix. The texture is great, just like a normal brownie. But the flavor, I hate to say it, was not. It needed much more chocolate to overpower the (albeit subtle) flavor of the black beans. So I made a quick chocolate frosting and put that on the brownies. Nice improvement!

Black Bean Brownies (Gluten Free),These are flourless brownies made with pureed black beans! You won’t believe it! You can substitute spices for the vanilla. used about 1 tsp. Penzey’s Apple Pie Spice and it was terrific.,I added an extra 1-2 tbsps of cocoa powder, a hefty dash of cinnamon and a shot of espresso to these brownies. Nice improvement!,I replaced the sugar with a cup of date puree and used coconut oil. I also added a tsp baking powder. Nice and fudgey. going to try this recipe again with sweet potato to see how it works out
