Breakfast Hash Brown Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

Despite the name, we used this as a side to a plate of ribs for Sunday dinner. It sets itself apart from most similar dishes by adding ham, and having no added butter or eggs. It took longer than stated to bake, so allow for that. Flavor on the plate was great. Made for PAC.

Breakfast Hash Brown Casserole, A great casserole that you can assemble the night before and bake in the morning I make this on Monday morning and have enough leftover for breakfast for most of the week This works out well on school mornings , Made this the other day & shared most of it with a house-bound neighbor couple who had a big family reunion with over-night guests! What we had for the 2 of us was very, very nice, & another time I want to make it in several smaller casseroles! I did use a mild Italian sausage & had some homemade salsa that I served with it! Thanks for a great breakfast! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef] Want to check out PAC?
