Breakfast Potato Skins

    Cuisine:

This was delicious!! I always cook my eggs in bacon drippings. Topped the eggs with cracked pepper, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream and fresh snipped chives. A great way to use up leftover baked potatoes.

Place Skins Upside Down (skin Side Up) on a Greased Baking Sheet.
