Caramel Apple Salad,This can be used as a salad or dessert, and is a real kid-pleaser. It’s also an easy accompaniment to bring to a potluck or holiday dinner.,The calorie count for this recipe is way off. One serving with peanuts is 150.5 calories. If you leave out the peanuts it is still 125 calories, not the 68.8 advertised.,Delicious fall recipe. We made it a year ago to bring to a potluck and it definitely went fast. This year, we needed to bring a dessert and I remembered this recipe. Again, it was loved by all. We forgot the marshmallows but we had some shredded coconut so my hubby threw some of that in and it was really good this way too. A definite keeper!
