    Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup, This recipe is from Southern Living magazine, January 2006 This is sure to warm you up on those chilly evenings!, I made this and it’s great for the winter cold months I added jalapeno cheese and bacon to mine and there u have it????I could see my self making this again, Delicious AND easy! Used fresh broccoli and Vermont white cheddar cheese as that is what I had on hand On it’s way to the Favorites folder!

    Melt Butter in a Large Saucepan.

    Add Onion and Cook Until Tender.
