Preheat Oven to 425. in a Medium Saucepan, Combine Milk and Butter.

Place Over Medium Heat Until Butter Melts. Stir in Flour. Cook, Stirring Constantly, Until Batter Leaves the Side of the Pan and Forms a Ball.

Remove from Heat. Beat in Eggs, One at a Time, Making Sure Each Egg Is Fully Incorporated Before Adding the Next.

Fold in Cheese, Ham and Pine Nuts.

Scoop Into 1 Inch Balls and Arrange 2 Inches Apart on a Greased Cookie Sheet.

Bake 15 Minutes, Then Lower Heat to 325 and Bake Until Golden Brown, 10-15 Minutes Longer.
