this was a big hit in this house, it will be a make again for sure, as for the herbs that are put in it I wasn't sure which ones to use. Also I don't use pints or ounces so I just made the cheese sause the way I normally would for other recipies I have, also added some worshesteshire sauce

Cheesy Potato and Onion Casserole, This recipe is originally from an old cook book of mine ‘Vegetarian Cooking Made Easy’ by Veronica Vezza It’s a really hearty and tasty dish I like to add some mustard to the cheese sauce to give it some kick Serve with cabbage and sausages , this was a big hit in this house, it will be a make again for sure, as for the herbs that are put in it I wasn’t sure which ones to use Also I don’t use pints or ounces so I just made the cheese sause the way I normally would for other recipies I have, also added some worshesteshire sauce, This was a good and easy recipe I didn’t add the tomatoes and onion, I just threw in a few extra potatoes For the sauce I just threw all the ingredients into the saucepan on low heat and stirred and it turned out great(used swiss cheese for a different flavor-yummy!) Will definitely make this again! Thanks for posting, Zoe!
