    Just want to say THANK YOU! Have been trying & looking for this recipe from my Moms Creme de Colorado for Years since she passed in '06. I remember always doing about 1 & 1/2 times all the goopy stuff & always with the leftovers, my brother & I cubing up the chicken, putting it in a tortilla with cheese (american... I KNOW, not real cheese! But maybe now grown up more, a havarti, cheddar? Any!) & microwaving it long enough to heat chicken & melt cheese. Thanks for the memories & this recipe!     Heat Oven to 375f.

    Combine Parmesan, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, and Pepper.

    Dip Chicken in Melted Butter, Then in Cheese Mixture.
