    When I made this tonight, I had very little resources on hand. No soup, only one chicken breast, no milk. It was crazy. used a can of chicken with the one breast I already have. used canned evaporated milk and made a homemade cream of mushroom soup, and substituted a can of golden mushroom soup. Anyway, I was worried but I didnt need to...it tasted great and was a huge hit with everyone. Some extra folks showed up and there was plenty for everyone. Great, simple recipe. Just what I needed. Thank you!

    1. in a Medium Non-Stick Saucepan, Saut the Chicken Until Cooked Through.

    2. Add 2 Cans of Condensed Mushroom Soup and the Frozen Green Peas Until the Soup Is Heated Through.

    3. in a 2- Quart Casserole, Combine the Shredded Hash Browns and Soup Mixture from #2.

    4. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on Top. (you Can Store in the Refrigerator at This Point and Bake a Day or Two Later.).

    5. Bake the Casserole For 25 to 30 Minutes in a Preheated 400 Degree F Oven Until Bubbly.
