    This is a very good dish. We served it over brown rice. I didn't have any apple brandy, so used regular. The taste was still very good with the cider. I didn't care for the apple because it was too mushy in texture for me. DH liked it as is. I'm picky. I would change the apple to a firmer one next time and maybe add some pecans to the mixture.
