We really enjoyed this. Where we live we only have Walmart & Safeway and neither store carries canned chop suey vege's. I had to improvise and use frozen stir-fry vege's, with great success. My kids loved the chow mein noodles. Thanks Mrs. Jones!

Chinese Mystery Casserole, This is from my MIL’s recipe box It’s a childhood fave of my hubby’s The mystery is that all the liquid required cooks down to make a delicious casserole , We really enjoyed this Where we live we only have Walmart & Safeway and neither store carries canned chop suey vege’s I had to improvise and use frozen stir-fry vege’s, with great success My kids loved the chow mein noodles Thanks Mrs Jones!, We really enjoyed this casserole dish, Missus Jones! I only used the cream of mushroom (1 can) and it worked out fine I omitted the celery but there was plenty of crunch with the canned veggies used Minute Rice and just baked it covered in the oven for 20 minutes (since the gang was hungry) Thanks to you and your Mother in law for posting!
