Choose A Flavor Quiche

    Cuisine:

I made mini quiches to have as a side with dinner tonight. They smelled so good, I have already eaten two. They are wonderful, tender and light, not to eggy. I went with chicken, green onions, and marbled cheddar, they worked beautifully in this recipe. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will make again Lynn. Made for CQ2 - Switzerland - Family Picks

Choose a Flavor Quiche,I have a small cookbook from BHG that has favorite recipes from 1930 til 2001. This recipe caught my eye. I have just started to make quiche and this seems like a good starter recipe. It also seems like you also could use bacon, sausage, or shrimp for the meat.,I made mini quiches to have as a side with dinner tonight. They smelled so good, I have already eaten two.
