Add Wine, Lemon Rind, and Thyme; Bring to a Boil. Add Clams; Cover and Cook, Stirring Occasionally, 3 to 6 Minutes or Until Clams Open. Spoon Into Individual Bowls. Sprinkle With Parsley. Garnish, If Desired.
