    Peel Apples and Cut in 16th's.

    Place All Ingredients Except Cranberries in Large Pan; Cover.

    Bring to a Boil; Reduce Heat and Simmer For 10 Minutes.

    With Egg Chopper, Chop Mixture to Desired Consistency, or not at All.
