Cranberry Orange Muffins

    McDonalds used to have orange cranberry muffins. They were excellent. So are these! Anybody who gives them a bad review is not following the directions. You do not beat them to death. You only stir until it is all wet. I think thats very important in this recipe. If they came out dry, add a little more juice or even water. The batter should be about as thick as brownie batter. Before I put them in the oven, I sprinkle them with sugar.

The nuts detracted from the cranberry orange flavor.
