Creamy Homemade Chocolate…

Another fantastic recipe - Powered By KETO4X.COM

Cuisine:

I made this fudge and I liked how the chocolate wasn’t cooked but rather is melted so it didn’t become strong and overbearing. However, I noticed that mine was gritty a little. I wonder if the sugar didn’t melt completely or it crystallized, I wonder if you’ve had this problem?

Creamy Homemade Chocolate Fudge, Someone gave me this recipe a while back and it makes REALLY great fudge – and I notoriously screw up fudge :)”, I made this fudge and I liked how the chocolate wasn’t cooked but rather is melted so it didn’t become strong and overbearing However, I noticed that mine was gritty a little I wonder if the sugar didn’t melt completely or it crystallized, I wonder if you’ve had this problem?, Tried this fudge last week as a nod to my mom, who used to make fudge every holiday season I never tried it before myself, but was feeling brave, and this recipe was not only super easy, it yielded the most delicious chocolaty fudge! I used a mix of milk chocolate chips I got from Whole Foods (41% Elery Caoba) and Toll House Semi-Sweet choc chips but kept the rest the same The taste was perfect I am about to make my second batch right now! Thanks for a keeper for my holiday tradition cookbook!
