1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese (divide in half)
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese (divde in half)
2 tablespoons tabasco sauce, sause

    Melt Butter in a Pan, Add Onion and Cook Until Soft. (about 5 Min)

    Stir in Spinach, Artichoke, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, 3/4 Cup of Monterey Jack Cheese and 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Tabasco and Some Salt to Taste.

    Stir Until Well Blended and Pour in a 1/2 Quart Casserole Dish and Top With the Remaining Monterey Jack and Parmesan Cheese and Back at 350 For About 10 Min Till Cheese Melts.
