This was a huge hit as an appetizer at my Octoberfest party. Nobody could figure out what was in the dip but a common guess was some kind of artichoke dip. My guests were so surprised when they found out the simple ingredients.

Swiss Sauerkraut Dip, This is an amazing dip that your buddies will love! A combination of German and Swiss, this is one great dish! This was shared by a coworker, Carolyn D Enjoy!, This was a huge hit as an appetizer at my Octoberfest party Nobody could figure out what was in the dip but a common guess was some kind of artichoke dip My guests were so surprised when they found out the simple ingredients , I tasted this after I mixed the ingredients to check for seasoning and I was blown away how good this is without baking Next time, I will serve it unbaked after chilling for several hours to meld flavors This makes alot!!! I sent home small ramekins of this with my guests to enjoy later (unbaked)
