Cut Potatoes Into 1/4 Inch Thick Slices. Generously Spray Both Sides of Potato Rounds With Butter Spray. Place on Baking Stone or Cookie Sheet and Bake 20 Minutes or Until Lightly Browned; Remove from Oven.

Combine Cheese, Bacon, & Scallions. Brush Each Potato Round With Bbq Sauce, Sprinkle With Cheese Mixture, and Return to Oven. Bake 3-5 Minutes or Until Cheese Is Melted.
