    Beat Egg Whites Until Stiff and Fold Into Egg Batter.

    Sprinkle Frog Legs With Salt and Pepper; Dip Each in Batter and Dredge in Flour. Fry Until Golden Brown in Deep Oil Heated to 375f; Drain on Paper Towels.
