    In a Large Bowl Combine Flour, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon, & Parsley. Set Aside.

    in Another Large Bowl Combine Milk, Cream, & Lemon Juice.

    Drop Onions Into Wet Mixture and Transfer to Dry Mixture and Press Them Into the Mixture. Repeat.

    Drop Coated Rings Into the Heated Oil and Fry Until Done.
