Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff

    Delicious & so easy too....to this fabulous recipe I added 3 large sliced Swiss mushrooms, 1 thinly sliced onion & half a thinly sliced stick of celery. I then lightly browned the mushies, onion & chicken in a little butter/oil before putting in the slow cooker. I also added 2 tablespoons of cream cheese & 1 tspn of Worcestershire sauce to the soup/sour cream mix. I also only used 1 Tblspn of the soup mix due to adding an onion. Served over fresh pappardelle pasta & with a crusty home made sourdough loaf it was a sensational meal. Thank you for posting this.

    Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff,I like this recipe because my family does not like beef stroganoff and this still tastes like stroganoff. Try it out and see for yourself. I decided to try this recipe due to the ratings. We found it just mediocre and I won’t be making it again because it was pretty bland.

    Place Frozen Chicken Breasts on the Bottom of the Crock Pot.

    Mix the Other Ingredients Together and Pour Over Chicken Breats.

    Cook on Low For About 7-8 Hours, or Until Chicken Is No Longer Pink in the Center.

    Stir Sauce Before Cooking and If You Would Like to Thicken Sauce, Add Flour or Cornstarch.
