This was exactly what I was looking for, simple, quick, and delicious! I added a couple tablespoons of water, and used eggplant instead of zucchini. Unfortunately I didn't have any mushrooms (but I can't wait to try this again with mushrooms). used a little less butter and cheese than the recipe asked for, and sauteed the veggies instead of microwaving them. It was very tasty!

Preheat Oven to 350f.

Chop Zucchini, Onion, and Mushrooms.

Place Each Type of Vegetable Into a Small Bowl (3).
