I added onion and chive cream cheese on top of the sliced (used English)cucumber and then added the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and finished it with sliced chives on top! Quite a few people raved how good this simple appetizer was when I took it to a Christmas party. I definitely will make this again!

1 Done	Wash Cucumber.
2 Done	Slice Cucumber Into 1/8 Inch Slices.
3 Done	Top With Thin Slices of Salmon.
4 Done	Dust With Chives.
5 Done	Server Immediately.
