This is kind of refreshing without ice per preference. Maybe peeling the cucumber would be better. used English cucumber which I didn't peel and it left bits floating in the top of the drink. Or maybe as another reviewer mentioned it would be better to strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth placed inside a sieve. used spring water & creamed honey. I'm sure this would taste best, ice cold.
