Delicious Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Onion Recipe

    Cuisine:

I am obsessed with this recipe and have been making it once a week for three weeks! I even got a compliment when I served it for company. I roast my sprouts because I usually am making them alongside something else that is already roasting (like the meat main dish). They go amazing with mashed potatoes!

Yummy Brussels Sprouts With Bacon & Onion,I came up with this myself. Since brussels sprouts have a similar flavor to cabbage, I have adapted my cabbage recipe for them. My husband thought he did not like brussels sprouts until I made these. I usually have to do a double batch and we end up fighting over the leftovers!!!,I am obsessed with this recipe and have been making it once a week for three weeks!
