Heat Chunks of Cream Cheese and Soup in Saucepan Over Low Heat Until Melted Into a Creamy Mixture and Add to Thawed, Drained Chopped Spinach. Add Seasonings. Mix in 3/4 Can of French Fried Onion Rings.

Put Into a Greased 2 Quart Casserole Dish. Bake at 350 Degrees For 10 Minutes.

Top With Remaining French Fried Onions and Bake at 350 Degrees For 10 More Minutes.
