    Zucchini Slice,An easy light lunch or supper. It is great for kids lunch boxes.,i found when i did this for the first time that 1/2 a cup of oil made the zucchini slice way to oily so i just used the oil to grease the tin or tray with and it was fine 🙂

    Grate Unpeeled Zucchini.

    Chop Onion and Bacon.

    Combine Bacon, Onion, Zucchini, Cheese Seasoning Eggs and Oil With Sifted Flour.

    Pour Into Lightly Greased Slice Baking Tray and Bake in a Moderate (180c) Oven For 30 to 40 Mins or Until Cooked.
