    Tuna Quesadilla,A quick, inexpensive main dish or snack. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream and guacamole.,These were great!! I made one change – subbed in plain Greek yogurt for the mayo. Oh, and I cooked them with sliced onion in them because not much in our house gets by without onion!,The recipe came together easily and quickly. used a bit of enchilada sauce instead of salsa, to avoid a trip to the store at this time. I think I just don’t like warm tuna much – tuna casserole was never served when I was growing up! Nothing wrong with the recipe, it just doesn’t do much for me.
