    Wash and Seperate Endive Into Leaves- Dry With Towel.

    Whisk Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Salt and Pepper Together.

    Arrange Endive on Plate (i Put Mine in a Circular Design), Drizzle With Oil Mixture.

    Scatter Toasted Nuts Over Top.
