    Saute the Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil in a Pan Until Softened. Add the Diced Tomato and Simmer For About 5 Minutes, Then Add the Remaining Ingredients. When It Starts to Boil, Reduce the Heat and Simmer For About 20 Minutes, Until the Green Beans Are Cooked.
