1 1/2 ground chipotle chile pepper or 1 1/2 chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/4 cup canola oil
salsa, and garnish
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, about 1 2/3 c.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime juice

    in Skillet, Heat Oil Over Medium-High Heat, and Add Shrimp; Cook, Turning Once, Until Opaque, 2-3 Mins-Per Side.
