Franks & Beans Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this for a party and my larger skillet was being taken up by something else. I cooked the hot dog pieces in a smaller skillet and poured them into a large casserole dish when they were done, over the baked beans. I then poured the cornbread mix over the hot dogs and baked beans and baked until the cornbread was done (toothpick clean). This took a little longer to bake more like 30 minutes but it came out great and everyone loved it. Tip: If you do it this way you might have some cornbread mix leftover.
