French Fried Pickles

Features:
    Cuisine:

Wonderful! I made these this past weekend and they were spectacular! used homemade Bisquick- (I also got the recipe from this site!) and substituted pickle juice for the water and added about 1 tsp of cayenne pepper. I made the batter the consistency of tempura batter but a little on the thicker side. I also used the thick sliced Vlasic Oval pickles and I got one of the richest , flavorful fried pickles I have ever eaten! KUDOS for this recipe!
