    Had saved this as alternative for Swap #62, and was very glad I did !! Just did 2 skinless/boneless breasts for DH and me, and wish I had done more so that there would be another meal !! Easy to put together, so will make this again soon. Thanks, Chef Buggsy Mate !!

    French Onion Chicken, A fantastic recipe given to me by my workmate I was a bit wary of trying it out as it had sour cream and my hubby hates sour cream but I cooked it without telling him and he loved it Its regular meal now and if we have no chicken I substitute with beef cubes or chicken sausages Apparently the original recipe called for chicken Pieces , Delicious Hardest part was dicing uncooked bacon, I will try sheers next time as suggested in other review I served it over mashed potatoes and used string beans for the vegetable I did forget to add the sour cream, but I’ll try that next time My wife and 6 year old twins said it was delicious Your mileage with kids may vary My 2 eat well, not just chicken nuggets and pizza all the time
