Fresh Fig, Caramelized Onion And Goat

Features:
    Cuisine:

Like other reviewers - figs are in season and we needed to use some up. My daughter and I made this as an appetizer. Since it was a last minute decision, we grabbed some Trader Joe's pizza dough, switched out the goat cheese for Gorgonzola, and used fresh mozzarella. Oh, we're not fans of rosemary, so we switched it out for Italian seasoning that we sprinkled on top. It was definitely restaurant quality! Soooo delicious!

Fresh Fig, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Gourmet Pizza, This is really really good! For Goat cheese lovers do try to purchase the goat cheese that is rolled in plump dried cranberries. Do try ir on the grill!, Like other reviewers – figs are in season and we needed to use some up. My daughter and I made this as an appetizer. Since it was a last minute decision, we grabbed some Trader Joe’s pizza dough, switched out the goat cheese for Gorgonzola, and used fresh mozzarella. Oh, we’re not fans of rosemary, so we switched it out for Italian seasoning that we sprinkled on top. It was definitely restaurant quality! Soooo delicious!, Loved it! Used Trader Joe’s pizza dough and added pancetta, as recommended by other reviewers. The only other thing I added was salt and pepper. It was a big hit at our book club.
