    Tomato and Basil Salad,Great summer salad!,Used iceberg lettuce since that was what I had on hand. Also added shredded mozzarella cheese with the parmesan. Basil used was from the garden. Perfect! Probably even better with Romaine lettuce. Great side dish with pasta.,This made a great lunch. I love the combination of the flavors in this salad and even my kids enjoyed it!
