Garlic Avocado Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

I quartered the recipe and ate it on toasted slices of French Bread for lunch. I was worried the raw garlic may be a little sharp in this but honestly it was just right. I am a HUGE garlic lover. The cream cheese brought everything together. used my mini food chopper to blend it all together. Made for PAC Spring 2011.

Garlic Avocado Dip, I serve this with sliced baguette bread (this recipe makes enough for two whole baguettes) This recipe is heavy on the garlic, so if you aren’t a big fan, start with 1 clove and work your way up , I quartered the recipe and ate it on toasted slices of French Bread for lunch I was worried the raw garlic may be a little sharp in this but honestly it was just right I am a HUGE garlic lover The cream cheese brought everything together used my mini food chopper to blend it all together Made for PAC Spring 2011 , I serve this with sliced baguette bread (this recipe makes enough for two whole baguettes) This recipe is heavy on the garlic, so if you aren’t a big fan, start with 1 clove and work your way up
