2 teaspoons cornstarch disolved in 2 1/2 tsp water
3 green onions cut into 3 1/2 inch pieces

It is also a good way to cook game, masks the wild taste.,I don’t know where the other reviewer’s taste buds were, but I made the recipe exactly as written and my reaction is TOO MUCH SALT!!! YUK!!! With the 2.5 tablespoons of soy called for in the cooking sauce, there is no need to add the one teaspoon of salt called for at the beginning of the recipe……

    Sprinkle the Steak With Salt, Cornstarch and 1 1/2 Tsp of the Oil.

    Heat Remaining Oil in a Skillet.

    Add Steak and Ginger and Stir Fry Over High Heat For 2 Minutes.

    Stir in Soy Sauce, Wine, Sugar and the Cornstarch/Water Mixture.
