    Great combo, especially with a little arugula thrown on top at the end. It is definitely sweet, and straddles the dinner dessert fence. If you wanted a more savory version you could sub crisped prosciutto for the pears. I halved the pepper and doubled the nuts. I think there is a weird food.com conversion with it saying it is 8 inches of tortillas, and assumed it was one per serving. I have to admit I was confused by the word wrap in step 4, but since the title has the word pizza in it, I had to figure that they were meant to be flat. My tortillas were crisp and browning by 8 minutes, and the consistency was just right. The balsamic, blue cheese and nuts really make this!

I eat pears every day, but don’t cook with them, so I had to try this recipe I did add grilled chicken to this though, and used 3 mini whole-wheat pizza crusts instead of tortillas Otherwise, everything was perfect The balsamic vinegar and blue cheese really taste incredible in this dish, so don’t skimp on it

    Preheat Oven to 450f.

    Heat Oil in Non-Stick Skillet, Add Onions and Saute Until Softened (7-8 Minutes). Add Pears and Saute For 2 More Minutes.

    Add Vinegar and Pepper and Keep Stirring Until All Liquid Is Evaporated and Onions Are Covered With a Glaze.

    Divide the Mixture Between the Wraps. Add the Cheese and Walnuts.
